This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Bochaha P.S. Case No.267 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under sections 87, 70(a) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

The petitioner and others are said to have kidnapped the daughter of the informant and committed rape upon her.

The petitioner is in custody since 12.11.2025 having clean antecedent.

From the statement of the victim girl, it

Considering the aforesaid fact, this application is allowed.
