2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 9, 39, 40(2), 49(B) of Wild Life (Protection) Act.
3. Petitioner along with other accused persons are said to have killed Chital (deer) who were allegedly selling its flesh.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that there is no eye witness in the case and nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He submits that the maximum punishment in the alleged offence is three years. He further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail application and he is languishing in judicial custody since

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the period of custody, let the above named petitioner, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Forest Case No. 34 of 2016.
