That this writ application is filed for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashment of the resolution no.2215 dated 08.07.2016 issued over the signature of the Additional Secretary, Rural Works Department, Government of Bihar without any authority of law against the petitioner
Patna High Court CWJC No.15141 of 2016(2) dt.03-12-2025 2/2 who is an Officer of the cadre of Building Construction Department, Bihar, Patna whereby and whereunder proceeding under 43 (b) of the Bihar Pension Rules has been initiated in respect of an event which took place beyond four years from the institution of proceeding contrary to and in absolute derogation of judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in case of State of Bihar Vrs. Md. Idris Ansari reported in A.I.R. 1995 S.C. 1853.
A copy of resolution dated 08.07.2016 is annexed herewith and marked as Annexure-1 to this writ application."
