The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No.880 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no concern with the garage from where the country made liquor was recovered. Only labourers and miy reside at night in the said garage. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24904 of 2021(2) dt.07-02-2022 2/2 copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2016, Patna in connection with Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No.880 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
