2. The petitioners are in custody since 10.03.2017 in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No. 57 of 2017 for the alleged offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in connection with the alleged recovery of various quantities of Nepali wine and foreign liquor of about 87 litres. Recovery of the offending goods from the possession of the petitioners is denied. The petitioners claims clean antecedents.

4. Be that as it may, having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24884 of 2017 (3) dt.01-07-2017 since 10.03.2017 already suffered, let the petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupari, Sitamarhi in connection with Sursand P.S.
