JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-01-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sonbarsa P.S.Case No. 293 of 2017 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Submission is that recovery is said to be from plastic bag kept on the road side and the petitioner was implicated in this case as his motorcycle was parked by the road side and he is in custody since 11.12.2017 having no criminal antecedent. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner namely Manish Kumar is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ADJ-IIcum-Special Judge, Excise, Sitamarhi in connection with
