The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 459/2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act.

In view of Annexure-2 filed in support of the fact that the abduction was for marriage, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.
