The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Piprakothi P.S. Case No. 289 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273 amd 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) and 30(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Petitioner has some criminal antecedents of similar nature and recovery of illicit liquor has been made from the house of the petitioner.

In view of the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13826 of 2022(2) dt.08-04-2022 2/2 in view of the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court in the case of Ram Binay Yadav Vs. The State of Bihar reported in [2019 (2) PLJR 1089 (Full Bench)]. Accordingly, it is dismissed as not maintainable.
