JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have opened fire causing firearm injury to the informant, whose ferdbeyan was recorded and initially case was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act but after death of the informant, Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was also added.

Regard being had to the aforesaid facts as well as submissions of the parties, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in
