The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Musrigharari P.S. Case No. 129 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 120B and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959. Taking into consideration the first information report the informant herself has mentioned of having seen the petitioner having used pistol and murdered her son, no case of anticipatory bail is made out as the petitioner is required to custodial interrogation.
