2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 147, 149, 353, 307, 354, 323, 504 and 506 of the I.P.C. read with Sections 5 and 6 of Essential Services Maintenance Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with other accused persons alleged to have abused and misbehave with the police officers including the female police officials.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the allegation is general and

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and clean antecedent of the petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Lower Court at Motihari in connection with Pakaridayal P.S. Case No. 35 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
