JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 16-04-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been compelled to move before this Court for a direction to the competent authority to consider the grievance of the petitioner and take an appropriate decision thereon. It is submitted that an unusually high amount of bill has been raised against the petitioner. The petitioner has submitted her grievance before the authorities of the Power Company as well as before the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum, South Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited, Vidyut Bhawan, Patna, but those request of the petitioner has gone unheeded.
