JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 14-03-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Lakhisarai PS Case No. 415 of 2017 registered under Sections 302, 120B of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The allegation in brief is that while the informant was coming along with his son, on the exhortation of Raman Kumar, Gunjan Singh, Raman Kumar, Manish and Fantush shot at the informant's son causing his death.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no allegation of shooting by the petitioner; even his presence is not stated and the allegation of shooting is against Raman, Manish, Gunjan and Fantush.
Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Kailu Singh @ Ghanshyam Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai PS Case No. 415 of 2017.
