Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 121, 121A, 120B of the Indian Penal Code, Section 25(1-b)a/26, 35 of the Arms Act, Section 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substance Act, Sections 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act. Petitioner is not named in the FIR. His name surfaced after five months of the investigation on the basis of the information of the spy and thereafter the petitioner was arrested. The investigation is already complete now. Petitioner is in custody since 09.12.2017.
In the aforesaid circumstance, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16431 of 2018 (2) dt.22-03-2018 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Jhajha Police Station Case No. 178 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
