The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sherghaty (Dobhi) P.S.Case No.514 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 414/4 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he was intercepted by the police party but he succeeded in fleeing away and other accused persons were arrested and some motorcycle keys were also recovered from him.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered from the petitioner and he has been made accused only on the basis of confession of another co-accused . He has no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
