Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302/201 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R., and he has been made accused only on the basis of confessional statement of Fantush Kumar. Moreover, similarly situated person has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 16.10.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 44675 of 2019 vide Annexure 2. Petitioner is in custody since 17.10.2019.
