The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302, 307 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the co-accused having more or less similar allegation has already been granted regular bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 3212 of 2020 and the case on this petitioner stands of similar footing. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 18.10.2019. Hence, the petitioner may be enlarged on

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Charpokhri P.S. Case No. 189 of 2019.
