JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-03-2019 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 21.06.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22120 of 2018 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail, but she could not surrender as she was not informed and as such, the petitioner seeks extension of date for her surrender. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above, I am not inclined to interfere in the order dated 21.06.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22120 of 2018. However, if the petitioner surrender and make prayer for regular bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit and also considering the fact that earlier the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail.
