Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 643 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 419, 420, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Taking into consideration that full brother of the informant sold the lands to the petitioners and it appears that there is civil dispute between the informant and his brother, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioners, in the event of their arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
