Petitioner is seeking bail in a case registered under Sections 186, 189, 353, 323, 341, 504, 506, 332, 333, 224, 225, 307/34 of Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the allegations made against him are similar to those alleged against his wife who is co-accused and who has been granted bail by the learned Court below as would be evident from perusal of paragraph 5 of the order dated 22.05.2017 passed in Bail Petition No 765 of 2017. His submission is that against the said Sona Devi, the allegations are identical to those made against the instant

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28511 of 2017 (2) dt.01-07-2017 2/2 petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is aged about 50 years as would be evident from perusal of the first information report and that there is no specific direct allegation against him of any overt act. All the allegations are omnibus and he is in custody since 14.04.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri, Rohtas in connection with Dehri (T) Police Station Case No 250 of 2017.
