This is a petition for grant of regular bail in connection with Durgawati P.S. Case No. 151 of 2015 for offences under Sections 302, 328 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation, in brief, is that informant's son had gone to his father's-in-law place to bring his wife and children and it is alleged that his daughter-in-law had illicit affair with one Karan Ram and, therefore, his son was killed by accused persons by poisoning.

It is submitted that the petitioner is the father-inlaw of the deceased and he had no motive to kill the deceased except suspicion raised against him there is no other material. Having considered the facts and circumstances, the

No.15232 of 2018(2) dt.21-03-2018 2/2 petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Durgawati P.S. Case No. 151 of 2015 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua.
