Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR of the robbery of motorcycle etc. of the informant is against three unknown person. During investigation, the looted motorcycle was recovered from in front of the house of the petitioner. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 21.10.2017. Investigation of the case is already complete. The petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial. The recovery was not from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner was never put on TI Parade.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9885 of 2018 (4) dt.04-04-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bajpatti Police Station Case No. 251 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
