JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02/ 27.01.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 845 of 2013, trial no. 5624/2014 in which cognizance has been taken for the offences under sections 323, 379 of the IPC and 27 of the Arms Act. Taking into consideration that the petitioner is said to be opened fire but admittedly, firing of the petitioner did not hit to any person and moreover, cognizance has been taken on the basis of complaint petition, let the petitioner, in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction
