Mr.Binod Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 07-07-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Parsa Bazar P.S. Case No. 413 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 504, 307, 324/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted the informant's nephew.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He further submits that there is case and counter case. He further submits that Baiju Ram, who was the petitioner's side, sustained serious injury and he was admitted in P.M.C.H. He also submits that co-accused Meghnath Ram has been granted anticipatory bail by the court below itself.

No.14363 of 2020(2) dt.07-07-2020 2/2 Considering the fact that the co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail by the court below, the petitioner named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within one month from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIII, Patna in connection with Parsa Bazar P.S. Case No. 413 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
