The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 261 of 2015 registered under Sections 363, 366(A), 376 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, Section 6 of POCSO Act and Section 3(I) (Xii) of SC/ST Act, pending in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge-I, Vaishali at Hajipur. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected earlier on 15.03.2016 by this Court vide Criminal Miscellaneous No. 2445 of 2016 on merit. Now, I find no fresh ground to reconsider the prayer of the petitioner for bail. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner for bail is again rejected. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) manish/- U T
