This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Begusarai Nagar PS Case No. 662 of 2018 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 419/420/ 467/468 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel representing the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and name of the petitioner in the instant case surfaced on the confessional statement of one co-accused Prabhat Kumar Sinha. He further submits that similarly circumstanced another co-accused Chandan Paswan has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 7408 of 2019 vide order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13685 of 2019(2) dt.06-03-2019 2/2 08.02.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 21.11.2018 as also the fact that similarly circumstanced person has been granted bail, this application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Nagar PS Case No. 662 of 2018.
