2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 425 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 190, 191(2), 115(2), 126(2), 303(2), 304(2), 109 and 132 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The petitioner is not the assailant of the victim and he is the member of the mob.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in jail since 14.12.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the fact that the petitioner is not the

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM 1st, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 425 of 2024.
