JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-03-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, section 27 of the Arms Act and sections 3 and 4 of Explosive Substances Act. The prosecution case is that 16 accused persons including the petitioners, in the leadership of one Ashok Mishra made indiscriminate firing on Muslim community. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12888 of 2016 (2) dt.30-03-2016 2/2 accused Naresh Yadav and Sarwan Yadav vide Cr. Misc. No. 30346 of 2015 and 52311 of 2015. It is further submitted that the accusation is omnibus and general. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Nawada in connection with Pakribarawan (Dhamoul) P.S.
