This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Buxar (M) PS Case No. 299 of 2018 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 399, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)/A/35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that name of the petitioner was in fact included in the FIR on the confessional statement of co-accused Sunil Rajbhar who was arrested by the police. Petitioner is in custody on surrender since 25.10.2018. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar (M) PS Case No. 299 of 2018.
