Petitioner is accused in connection with Special Case No. 11549 of 2019 arising out of Khajekalla P.S. Case No. 541 of 2019 registered under Sections 30(a)/37(b)9c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has no concern with the seized materials. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 26.12.2019.
