2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kuwakol P.S. Case No. 232 of 2025 instituted under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 303(2), 352, 351(3) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The petitioner is accused of assaulting the victim Ajit Yadav with a garasa causing grievous injury on the leg.

4. Considering the aforesaid, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.
