The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Karagahar (Sidhi) P.S.Case No. 145 of 2014 for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that his sister was married to Bidha Shankar Singh. Thereafter the accused persons started demand of additional dowry. The informant has alleged that all accused persons killed his sister and cremated her dead body. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. The informant is not an eye witness of the occurrence. The deceased died due to accidental burn injury. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner.

No.4381 of 2015 (2) dt.02-02-2015 2/2 Considering the fact that the petitioner is mother-inlaw of the deceased and no specific allegation is against the petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest/ surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Rohtas at Sasaram in Karagahar (Sidhi) P.S.Case No. 145 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
