The petitioner seeks bail in G.O. Case No. 38 of 2017 registered under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Around 15 litres of Nepali wine is said to have been recovered and seized from the possession of the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is quite innocent and he has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri at Sitamarhi in connection with G.O. Case No. 38 of 2017.
