The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 10 of 2019 for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 25.01.2019. He further submits that in the instant case 20 litres of country made liquor was seized.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than two months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge,
