1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party nos.2 to 4 by the learned 12th Additional District & Sessions Judge, Patna vide order dated 31.01.2020 passed in A.B.P. No.407 of 2020.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11215 of 2021(2) dt.02-12-2025 2/2 the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No.820 of 2019.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Cr. Misc. Application stands disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to take steps for early disposal of the trial in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No.820 of 2019.
