Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner and other co-accused allegedly caught the deceased and thereafter co-accused-Niranjan Singh and Sudhir Singh caused firearm injury to Vinod Singh, as a result whereof, Vinod Singh died. Petitioner is in custody since 27.11.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the nature of allegation and completion of investigation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
