2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 406, 420 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1)(x) of the Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act registered in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 33 of 2015.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated.

4. Having regard to the statutory bar of section 18 of the Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, the present petition is not maintainable and it is accordingly dismissed.
