For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Ramchandra Sahni For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Abhay Kumar Roy ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-02-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 17.2.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 6975 of 2017 with a direction to learned trial court to conclude the trial within a period of nine months and petitioner was given liberty to renew his prayer for bail if trial is not concluded within the said period.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State and from perusal of the report it appears that the case is pending for evidence of prosecution witnesses and trial court has assured to conclude the trial within two months.

In such view of the matter, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
