Mr.Usha Kumari 1 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-04-2019 Heard the parties.

This appeal has been filed for cancellation of the bail granted to the O.P. nos. 2 to 4 by judgment dated 16.1.2019 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ). No.261 of 2019. The grounds for cancellation are that they had criminal antecedent and there is suppression of the fact in the memo of appeal and the injury was grievous in nature.. Heard learned Spl.P.P. also. From perusal of the impugned order it appears that on the basis of submission of the learned counsel for the appellant that no specific allegation has

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.900 of 2019(3) dt.04-04-2019 2/2 been attributed against the petitioners/appellants and the police after investigation submitted final form, however, the cognizance has been taken and considering the same, the bail has been granted to them, as such there does not appear any suppression of the fact .

Having heard both sides and in view of the above fact the bail has been granted to respondent no.2 to 4, as such I find no materials to interfere with the order dated 16.1.2019 . Hence, this appeal is dismissed.
