Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Buxar Muffasil P. S. Case No. 195 of 2017, registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that the petitioner had some dispute with Sonu with regard to some money transaction. It is alleged that before two days in the night, some accused persons including the petitioner came to informant's house and called his son and went away with him and after two days his dead body was found near the pond.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no eye witness to the alleged occurrence and merely on the basis

However, there was no dispute in between the petitioner and the deceased rather dispute relating money was with accused, Sonu, who has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 17.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3958 of 2018 and another similarly situated co-accused, Mangalam Ram @ Mangal Ram has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 15.01.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 61268 of 2017 and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 06.11.2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, Sadam Ansari, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- ( Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, - V, Buxar in connection with Buxar (M) P.S.Case No. 195 of 2017.
