2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:

"That this is an application for issuance of a writ of certiorari for quashing the order dated 18.6.2015 (Annexure-3) passed in Case No. 31/1415 by respondent No. 4 and petitioner also prays for a direction to respondent to cancel Basgit Parcha issued in the name of private respondent under Bihar Priviledge Persons Homestead Tenancy Act, 1947 since land of petitioner has been illegally occupied by private respondent which finds certified in enquiry and be pleased to grant such other relief or relief for which petitioner is found entitled in the eyes of law."
