Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Only material against the petitioner as disclosed in the FIR is that the petitioners and others had hatched a conspiracy and in pursuance of that conspiracy murder of the son of the informant was committed.

Considering the nature of allegation, in my view, the petitioners deserve bail as under trial prisoner, hence, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two

No.9293 of 2018 (2) dt.17-02-2018 2/2 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Turkaulia Police Station Case No. 755 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
