Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272,273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30, 38 of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act, 2016.

Four liters of country made liquor was allegedly recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 25.10.2017. There is identical nature of criminal antecedent against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, on completion of three months of custody, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5215 of 2018 (2) dt.31-01-2018 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Daraunda Police Station Case No.191 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
