2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that these petitioners have abused and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15448 of 2023(7) dt.18-07-2023 2/2 assaulted the informant and his family members by means of lathi and danda in which they sustained injury. It is further alleged that they also snatched a golden chain from the neck of son of the informant.
4. It is submitted that due to land dispute a simple occurrence of maarpeet took place between the parties. Case and a counter case. Doctor has found simple injury. It is further submitted that both the parties have compromised the case and in this regard, a compromise petition along with permission petition has been filed duly signed by both the parties. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., 1st Banka in connection with Suiya P.S. Case No 25 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Kaushik/- U T
