NATH ORAL ORDER 28-06-2016 Nobody again appears on behalf of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondents is present. This application has been filed against the order by which the learned court below has allowed the prayer for amendment in the plaint after imposing cost of Rs. 10,000/- upon the plaintiffs. From the perusal of the impugned order and materials on record, it transpires that the amendment has been prayed only with regard to the addition of the relief for confirmation of possession of the suit land. This Court, therefore,
