The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 323, 353, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant, a Revenue Karamchari, made allegation that the petitioner asked him to issue rent receipt for mutation with regard to Khata No. 587, Khesara No. 1080 and when the informant did not agree, the petitioner is said to have abused and threatened the informant. It is submitted that the DCLR passed order in mutation case in pursuance thereof the petitioner wanted to get the rent receipt. Later on, the informant issued the rent receipt.

Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four

No.11792 of 2016 (4) dt.23-06-2016 2/2 weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VII, Rohtas at Sasaram in Chenari P.S. Case No. 11/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
