2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 467 of 2024 instituted under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 118(2), 351(2), 351(3), 352, 3(5) of the BNS.
3. For a land dispute, the occurrence has taken place and the victim has sustained simple injury.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. There is land dispute between the parties.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Danapur, Patna/concerned Court in connection with Bikram P.S.
