JUSTICE SUNIL DUTTA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-03-2025 In the instant petition, petitioners have prayed for to quash the order dated 16.11.2018 passed in Land Dispute Case No.9 of 2016-17 passed by learned Deputy Collector Land Reforms, West Muzaffarpur, District Muzaffarpur by issuance of writ of certiorari and also for commanding the concerned respondents to give possession of allotted lands to petitioners who are landless persons.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners after some argument submits that this case may be disposed of with the liberty to the petitioners to file appeal before the competent authority.

3. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioners.

4. In view of the submissions of learned counsel for
