That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, or direction/directions in the nature of Mandamus, directing to the respondent authorities to lodge an F.I.R. against respondent no. 7 namely Smt. Tabbasum Ara, the Mukhiya, Gram Pachayat Raj, Indrawan Abadullah, Block: Thawe, District: Gopalganj

Patna High Court CWJC No.4217 of 2024(2) dt.16-05-2024 2/2 and after completion of proper and fair investigation, take the respondent no. 7 & 8 behind the bar according to law with allegation of embezzlement of total Rs.

14,92,943/- of government fund, comes under the purview of financial irregularities and derailment of performing official duty by the respondent no. 7 & 8."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
