Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of dacoity is against unknown. Petitioner is in custody since 15.06.2017. Submission is that the petitioner was never put on T.I.Parade nor anything was recovered from his possession.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8801 of 2018 (2) dt.15-02-2018 Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sasaram Police Station Case No.1397 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
